Charitable Trust
At St Augustine’s we pride ourselves in providing exceptional opportunities to our students, both inside and outside the classroom. Many of these opportunities are only possible because of the financial support provided by parents and friends of the College.
The Charitable Trust is run by the College as a separate charitable company with the aim of collecting donations to be used to further the enrichment opportunities available to students and to support the fabric of the building.
Most recently the Charitable Trust has purchased state-of-the-art interactive screens for most classrooms, a grand piano in the main hall and a significant refurbishment of the SEND/Pastoral suite which has greatly improved the provision we can offer these students.
In past years, the Charitable Trust has contributed towards our new reception area, the refurbishment of a science laboratory, sporting equipment and facilities.
You can support the work of the Charitable Trust in several ways:
1 A regular monthly or annual donation
Whatever you can afford to contribute would be extremely helpful - even a small gift of £2 a month would make a huge difference to what we can afford to provide for our students.
2 Joining the 500+ Club
This is a monthly draw. One stake can be purchased for £12 per year or £1 a month and each stake is allocated a number. Numbers are drawn monthly for a chance to win cash prizes - one £50 prize and two £25 prizes. There is an extra draw at Christmas with an additional top prize of £100. More than one stake can be purchased if you wish.
3 A one-off donation
You may prefer to make a simple one-off contribution.
Whichever option you choose, please complete the Application Form below and the Standing Order Form if applicable.
if you are a UK taxpayer, it would be greatly appreciated if you could also complete and return to us the Gift Aid form so that your contribution is enhanced by a contribution from the taxman.
